How To Apply
- Start with clean brows or Fully Dried Temporary Tattoos - Brow Pen is best applied directly on clean, dry skin.
- Shake Brow Pen to distribute the ink.
- Start by drawing hair strokes in the areas that are more sparse - working in the direction of hair growth. Softly blend as you go using a spoolie brush.
- Let it dry for 20 seconds.
- You can finish with a brow gel or add additional brow products on top
